We happen to live a 15-minute walk away from a small, but well-known zoo, called Walter Zoo. We took Miri for the first time on Sunday, and her animal vocabulary is starting to explode!
Miri especially loved the monkeys, birds, and rabbits. Although her favorite part was probably all the visitors walking around with their dogs ;)

Does she call all the dogs Aldona?
Patti: Actually no! She tried calling one Aldona that was a similar size and had some reddish fur, but mostly she just calls them doggie :) Although one little white dog had long white fur, and she got very excited about the "sheep" :D
